Management Team

Gafisa’s Executive Board must be composed of at least two and at most eight members, including the President and the Chief Financial Officer, elected by the Board of Directors for a three-year term, subject to reelection, as provided in the Bylaws.

In the current mandate, four members comprise the Executive Board, the Company’s legal representative body and responsible, mainly, for the administration and daily monitoring of the general policies and guidelines established by the General Shareholders’ Meeting and by the Board of Directors.

Luis Fernando Ortiz has a degree in civil engineering from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia and holds an MBA certificate in Real Estate from University of São Paulo and an MBA in business from Fundação Getulio Vargas. Mr. Ortiz has 27 years of experience in the real estate sector and joined Gafisa in 2011 as responsible for the acquisition of more than BRL 2 billion in PSV in business. Since 2014, he has been in charge of Business Development, responsible for launching approximately BRL 3 billion of PSV in residential projects. In 2019, he became Director of Development, overseeing the real estate management of Gafisa’s entire portfolio of real estate projects. In 2022, he became Vice President of Business, working across all business areas of the company and playing a key role in strategic partnerships and the repositioning toward the high-end segment. In 2026, he is appointed Chief Executive Officer.

Civil Engineer, graduated from UERJ, with post graduation in Business Administration from OBMEC and Project Management from FGV. He took specializations in Executive Skills, tools & Competencies at the
Kellogg School of Management, in Chicago, and Urbanism Planning, Housing and Real Estate Development at the University of Southern Carolina (USC), in Los Angeles. Kessler has been an executive at major publicly and developed businesses in four Brazilian state capitals, as well as in ten other cities. Always leading teams of new business, incorporation, product development, marketing and commercial
in companies such as Rossi, Even, and Brookfield (Tegra).

Economist, graduated from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) and Accountant from Universidade Nove de Julho, and MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), at Gafisa since 2008, She has over 20 years of experience in the areas of Controlling and Auditing.

Aldo Di Leta Executive Legal Director and Investor Relations Officer January 23, 2026 January 23, 2029

Lawyer graduated in Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, specializing in Corporate Law, Real Estate Law and Procedural Law. He has 20 years of experience in the real estate market, having worked at João Fortes Engenharia S/A, in addition to other significant legal positions. He is currently Director of Legal and Director of Investor Relations at Gafisa and since 2013 has been a member of the OAB/RJ Real Estate Law Commission.
